PJI Commercial provides practical AI adoption support, AI Scorecard tools, paid assessment reports and related business workflow guidance for founder-led businesses, SMEs and scale-up businesses.

The website, AI Assessment, AI Scorecard and paid assessment reports are intended for business users.

By creating an account or purchasing a paid assessment report, the user confirms that they are using the service for business or professional purposes.

Users may need to create an account to access the AI Scorecard, dashboard, profile features, saved results, paid reports or future resources.

Users are responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• keeping login details secure
• updating profile information where needed
• ensuring they have the right to submit business information
• not sharing account access with unauthorised people

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused or used in breach of these terms.

The AI Scorecard is a self-assessment tool designed to help users understand areas of AI adoption readiness, workflow strength and commercial opportunity.

Scorecard results are based on the answers provided by the user. They are not a full audit and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

Users may be asked to provide profile information about their business before accessing certain features or purchasing a paid assessment report.

The quality of any output depends partly on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted is accurate and that they have permission to provide it.

PJI Commercial may offer paid assessment reports that use AI Scorecard results, business profile information, company website information, public market or competitor information and AI-assisted analysis to produce a structured commercial and AI adoption assessment.

The report is designed to provide practical commercial and AI adoption guidance. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment or regulated professional advice.

Users should apply their own judgement before acting on any recommendation and should seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

Paid assessment reports may be generated or supported using AI tools.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain limitations, assumptions or errors. We aim to design the assessment process to produce useful and practical outputs, but we do not guarantee that every recommendation will be complete, accurate or suitable for every business situation.

The report may include assumptions where information is incomplete. These should be read carefully.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We do not store full card details. Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with its own terms and privacy documentation.

Prices are shown before checkout. The user is responsible for ensuring that the selected product and price are correct before payment.

A user will only be able to purchase and access a paid assessment report after:

• completing the AI Scorecard where required
• completing the required business profile fields
• accepting the guidance/disclaimer
• completing payment successfully through Stripe

Access to the report will appear in the user dashboard when the report is ready.

Paid assessment reports may not be generated instantly. The dashboard may show report status such as paid, pending, researching, generating, ready or failed.

If a report cannot be generated due to a technical issue, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue or provide an alternative.

Because paid assessment reports are digital products generated using user-specific information, refunds are not automatically available once report generation has started or the report has been delivered.

However, if there is a technical fault, duplicate payment or failure to provide the purchased report, users should contact: hello@pjicommercial.com

Nothing in these terms affects any legal rights that cannot be excluded.

Users must not:

• provide false, misleading or unlawful information
• upload or submit information they do not have permission to use
• submit sensitive personal information unless necessary
• attempt to access another user's account or report
• attempt to bypass payment, authentication or access controls
• copy, resell or distribute paid materials without permission
• use the website in a way that could damage, overload or disrupt the service

The website, AI Scorecard, AI Assessment materials, assessment structure, report templates, written content, design, branding and digital resources are owned by or licensed to PJI Commercial.

Users may use their own purchased report internally for their own business purposes.

Users must not resell, republish, copy, adapt or distribute PJI Commercial materials without written permission.

The website may use third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI and other providers.

We are not responsible for outages, errors or failures caused by third-party services, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain service continuity.

We aim to keep the website available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or third-party service interruptions.

The website, AI Scorecard, paid reports and related materials are provided for general commercial and AI adoption guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJI Commercial is not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, indirect losses or decisions made based on the website, scorecard, report or related materials.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
