PJI Commercial Founder

I am a founder, CEO, commercial advisor and board adviser, available for selected NED and advisory board roles, with more than two decades of experience building, scaling and exiting businesses.

I have built companies from scratch, led teams through growth and pressure, acquired competitors, built partnerships, shaped commercial strategy and operated at board level with real accountability attached to decisions.

I am best known for scaling 75Media from £500,000 turnover to more than £18 million in under six years while leading a team of 62 people. I have also completed two seven-figure business sales.

My work now focuses on helping founder-led B2B businesses, startups and scale-ups improve commercial performance, strengthen board-level decision-making and apply AI in practical ways.

That usually means sharper proposition, stronger sales structure, better marketing alignment, clearer leadership rhythm, more disciplined revenue execution and better use of technology where it can genuinely improve performance.

As an advisor or NED, I bring direct founder experience, commercial challenge and practical judgement. I understand the pressure of leading from the front, but I also know when a business needs more structure, more accountability and fewer assumptions.

AI and commercial workflow experience

Over the last three years I have worked hands-on with large language models, digital agents, AI-assisted workflows and commercially focused automation.

My interest is not AI for theatre. It is where large language models, AI-assisted workflows, digital agents and commercial automation can improve sales productivity, speed up proposal development, strengthen research, improve customer response, support decision-making and reduce operational friction.

For boards and founders, AI is no longer just an operational question. It is becoming a commercial, competitive and governance issue.
